Nancy Meyers has hit out at critics who focus their consideration on how beautiful the home interiors are in her films.

Meyers, who directed “It’s Sophisticated” and “One thing’s Gotta Give”, was requested by Mindy Kaling at a convention organized by the Producers Guild of America about individuals commenting on her beautiful designs.

She mentioned, based on The Hollywood Reporter: “I don’t love when a journalist or critic will choose up on that facet [of the film’s design] as a result of they’re lacking why it really works.

“It’s an affordable shot. It’s by no means executed to male administrators who make beautiful films, or the place the leads stay in an incredible home.

Meyers hasn’t directed a function movie since “The Intern” again in 2015 however she did produce the 2017 flick “Dwelling Once more”.
