The upcoming fourth-season premiere of “Riverdale” guarantees to be a extremely emotional one, with sequence creator and showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealing plans to honour the late Luke Perry within the episode.
In a tweet issued on Wednesday, Aguire-Sacasa informed his Twitter followers that the episode will probably be “most likely a very powerful episode of #Riverdale we’ll do that 12 months, if not ever,” sharing a photograph of the episode’s script, titled “In Memoriam”.

Perry, who performed the daddy of KJ Apa’s Archie Andrews on the present, handed away in March after struggling a stroke. He was 52.
In an interview with The Wrap, Aguirre-Sacasa defined the choice to carry off till the fourth season to pay tribute to Perry.
