Cpl. Mike Kalanj says the incident started the morning of July 4 at Willingdon and Parker Avenue when an officer on foot tried to drag over a driver after she noticed him allegedly utilizing an digital gadget whereas behind the wheel.

The suspect is described as a South Asian male, heavy construct with a shaved head. He’s 5 ft ninie inches tall and was sporting a white T-shirt and gray sweatpants.

Police say he additionally has a tattoo on his left arm and was driving a gray Dodge Nitro SUV.
